1. Hydraulic oil filter: The hydraulic oil filter element is used in various oil systems to filter out solid impurities that are mixed in or generated inside the system during operation. It is mainly installed on the oil suction line, pressure oil line, oil return line, bypass in the system, and on a separate filter system;
2. It is used to protect specific components in the hydraulic system. It is installed upstream of the components to be protected in the medium pressure pipeline to filter out solid particles and colloidal substances in the working medium, effectively control the pollution degree of the working medium, and make the components work normally. The hydraulic oil filter element is mainly made of stainless steel braided mesh, sintered mesh, and iron braided mesh. Since the filter materials it uses are mainly glass fiber filter paper, chemical fiber filter paper, and wood pulp filter paper, it has high concentricity, high pressure resistance, good straightness, stainless steel material, no burrs, and long service life. Its structure is made of single-layer or multi-layer metal mesh and filter material. In specific use, the number of layers and the number of meshes constituting the wire mesh are determined according to different use conditions and purposes;
3. Oil filter: The function of the oil filter is to filter out debris, colloids and moisture in the oil, and to deliver clean oil to each lubrication part;
4. In order to reduce the frictional resistance between the relative moving parts in the engine and reduce the wear of the parts, the oil is continuously delivered to the friction surface of each moving part to form a lubricating oil film for lubrication. The engine oil itself contains a certain amount of colloids, impurities, moisture and additives. At the same time, during the operation of the engine, the introduction of metal wear debris, the entry of sundries in the air, and the production of oil oxides gradually increase the sundries in the engine oil. If the oil is not filtered and directly enters the lubricating oil circuit, the debris contained in the oil will be brought to the friction surface of the moving pair, which will accelerate the wear of the parts and reduce the service life of the engine.
