2. Regularly clean and replace the filter element. During use, the air filter element should be cleaned regularly according to car maintenance regulations to avoid increasing intake resistance, reducing engine power, and increasing fuel consumption due to excessive dust adhering to the element. If the filter element is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner
3. Clean the inside of the filter housing and check if there are cracks, perforations, or damage to the sealing surface, solid core clamps, gas pipes, etc
4. If it is necessary to replace the filter element with a new one, try to use the original factory supplied filter element as much as possible, and do not use inferior filter elements
5. Check if all sealing rings are intact, and replace them if they are damaged, aged, deformed, or broken
6. Install the filter element, cover, etc. in reverse and correctly. Tighten the corresponding nuts, bolts, or clips reliably to ensure that the sealing gasket on the filter element is installed properly to prevent air from entering the cylinder without filtration.

If the air filter is too dirty, it will hinder the passage of air and reduce the intake volume of the engine. Air filter elements are also known as air filter cartridges, air filters, styles, etc. Mainly used for air filtration in engineering locomotives, automobiles, agricultural locomotives, laboratories, sterile operating rooms, and various precision operating rooms. 1. The filter element is the core component of the filter, made of special materials and is a vulnerable component that requires special maintenance and upkeep;
2. After a long period of operation, the filter element in the filter has intercepted a certain amount of impurities, which can lead to an increase in pressure and a decrease in flow rate. It needs to be cleaned in a timely manner;
3. When cleaning, be careful not to deform or damage the filter element.
