1. Close the inlet ball valve and open the upper end cover. (The aluminum alloy upper cover needs to be gently pried open from the side gap using a flat screwdriver)
2. Unscrew the drain plug and drain the dirty oil.
3. Loosen the fastening nut on the upper end of the filter element, and the operator should wear oil resistant gloves to grip the filter element. Remove the old filter element vertically upwards.
4. Replace with a new filter element, pad the upper sealing ring (with its own sealing gasket at the lower end), and tighten the nut.
5. Tighten the drain plug wire, cover the upper end cover (pay attention to padding the sealing ring), and tighten the fastening bolts.
A filter refers to an accessory that filters impurities or gases through filter paper. Generally, it refers to a car filter, which is an accessory of the engine.
According to different filtering functions, it is divided into: oil filter, fuel filter (gasoline filter, diesel filter, oil-water separator, hydraulic filter), air filter, air conditioning filter, etc.
There are three types of filters for engines: air, oil, and fuel, commonly known as the "three filters". In addition, an air conditioning filter is commonly known as the "four filters". Respectively responsible for filtering the medium in the lubrication system, combustion system, engine intake system, and carriage air circulation system.
Filtering requirements for filters
1. High filtration accuracy: filter out all larger particles. (>1-2 um)
2. High filtration efficiency: reduces the number of particles passing through the filter.
3. Prevent early engine wear. Prevent damage to the air flow meter.
4. Low pressure difference ensures the engine has the best air fuel ratio. Reduce filtration losses.
5. Large filtration area, high ash capacity, and long service life. Reduce operating costs.
6. Small installation space and compact structure.
Method for cleaning the filter:
1. Use the buckle removal tool to remove the buckle from the inside.
2. Place the removed clips and gently remove the engine panel.
3. The upper right corner of the engine is the air filter, which is hidden inside the box. Pull the three movable buckles of the air filter outward, and the box will loosen.
4. After opening, the white card is the air filter. Clean it with a high-pressure water gun, hair dryer, or other methods.
5. Flat on top, raised on the bottom, with all movable buckles in place. Next, you can use a damp towel to wipe the engine compartment components and remove any dust.
