The air filter is located on the right side of the car's engine compartment. It is a black square plastic box above the right front wheel and connected with a thick Kneaded eraser hose on one arm.

Gently open the two metal clips facing the rear of the car, lift the entire air filter box cover forward, and remove the filter element to clean it.
When removing the filter, if a rubber hose is involved, a cross screw can be used to loosen the pipe clamp and remove one end
If there are other obstacles encountered during the removal of the filter, it should be carefully removed.

Air Filter Replacement
According to the usage environment, air filters generally need to be cleaned every 1-3 months. If passing through areas with high levels of sand and dust, it is necessary to shorten the cleaning cycle appropriately.

Remove the air filter element and knock off the dust. Use a high-pressure nozzle to blow and clean the intake box. Be careful not to get too close, use a bicycle air pump, or use a soft bristle brush for treatment.

Remember the process when removing the air filter. If there is any irregularity during the installation of the filter, the cause should be identified before continuing without the use of brute force. If the filter cannot be installed, you can first remove the filter element, remove the scattered items from the box, cover the lid back, install the pipe back, and drive to the repair shop for treatment.
