The diesel car is weak and the acceleration is slow. There are many reasons for this. Now the EFI car is much more complicated than the National Second Car. This situation is mainly caused by the oil circuit and the cylinder liner piston, while there are other reasons (there are many circuit faults) in addition to these reasons.
Share a failure case. A few days ago, I just bought a school bus, Yuchai 4F machine, which is not easy to start. After starting, the idle speed is unstable, the engine is weak, and the fuel cannot be added. The fault light is on, and the computer shows that the rail pressure is insufficient.
They found many reasons, but they couldn't solve them all the time. The fault point could not be found for the oil pump, common rail pipe and oil circuit. At last, Yuchai experts came to the scene and found that the ECU data input was too small. Finally, Yuchai rerouted, and it was normal after several rounds of input.
There are too many fault points for the diesel engine to speed up slowly, and the only way to find the problem is to just go and check. However, there are several common faults to remind you.
1、 Oil circuit fault. The rail pressure is insufficient.
This is the most common. The oil circuit connector leaks oil, the filter element is blocked, the oil is faulty, the nozzle is blocked or the atomization is poor.
2、 Mechanical failure.
There are also many failure points. The air filter is blocked; The cylinder liner piston and ring are worn, and the cylinder pressure is insufficient; The turbocharger is damaged, and the intercooler box and pipeline leak; The valve is not closed tightly;
These reasons are often accompanied by black smoke from the engine or blue smoke from burning engine oil when the ignition is not timed.
Third, circuit failure.
This fault is quite complicated. For example, the computer program and the injector solenoid valve are broken; Fuel metering valve failure; Urea treatment system failure; Common rail pressure sensor and other reasons will lead to weak engine, slow acceleration and high fuel consumption.
