【Meiruier Filter】Where is the fuel filter located?

2022-03-24 View:

On the intake pipe, a controllable valve to control the air entering the engine. After entering the intake manifold, it is mixed with gasoline in different cars. The design of the mixing part is different, and it becomes a combustible gas mixture and participates in the combustion work:
1. The fuel filter is connected in series on the pipeline between the fuel pump and the fuel inlet of the throttle body. The function of the fuel filter is to remove the iron oxide, dust and other solid debris contained in the fuel to prevent the fuel system from clogging, especially the fuel injector;
2. Reduce mechanical wear, ensure stable engine operation and improve reliability. The structure of the fuel burner consists of an aluminum shell and a bracket with stainless steel inside. The bracket is equipped with a high-efficiency filter paper, which is in the shape of a chrysanthemum to increase the flow area. The EFI filter cannot be used in common with the carburetor filter;
3. Since the EFI filter often bears the fuel pressure of 200-300KPA, the compressive strength of the filter is generally required to reach more than 500KPA, while the carburetor filter does not need to reach such a high pressure;

The role of automotive oil filter:
1. Its function is to remove impurities such as dust, metal particles, carbon deposits and soot particles in the oil to protect the engine;
2. During the working process of the engine, metal wear debris, dust, high temperature, carbon oxides, gel deposits, water, etc. are continuously mixed into lubricating oil;
3. The function of the oil filter is to filter out these mechanical impurities and gums, keep the lubricating oil clean and prolong its service life;
4. The oil filter should have strong filtering ability, small circulation resistance and long service life.
