In fact, how often the oil filter element is changed depends on the oil used by the engine sometimes. If it is mineral oil, 3000-4000 kilometers or half a year to change. For semi-synthetic engine oil, it should be replaced once every 5,000-6,000 kilometers or half a year. For fully synthetic motor oil, it is changed every 8 months or 8000-10000 km.

There are three filters for automobiles, which are divided into oil filter element, gasoline filter element, and air filter element. In addition to the oil filter, there are also other replacement frequencies:
1. The air filter element should be replaced once every 15,000 kilometers;
2. The air-conditioning filter element should be replaced once every 20,000 kilometers;
3. The external gasoline filter element is replaced once for 20,000 kilometers, and the internal fuel tank is replaced once for 40,000 kilometers.

The oil filter can be tightened by hand. Unscrew the old oil filter counterclockwise, fill the filter tank of the new machine filter with oil, apply a small amount of oil on the seal ring, and screw the new machine filter clockwise. After the sealing ring is against the flat filter seat surface, tighten it for about 3-4 turns, and then start the engine to check if there is any leakage on the filter mounting surface. If there is leakage, tighten it further.
