Mrefilter held pre-job skills training for new employees

In order to further enhance the safety awareness of Mrefilter's employees for mechanical operation, improve the management level of employees during operation and the ability to eliminate hidden operating hazards. On the 15th, Anhui Meiruier Filter Co., Ltd. and the Wantong Human Resources and Social Security Bureau jointly organized a pre-job skills training for new recruits from the company. 51 employees from Mrefilter participated in the training.



The pre-job skills training for newly hired employees is based on the production needs of the company, and employees who have signed a labor contract of 12 months or more with the company, and participate in the skills training organized by the company within 12 months, are a part of the government for the people and benefit the people.



This training combined with the actual situation of Mrefilter, tailored measures to local conditions, taught in accordance with their aptitude, and carried out the training with emphasis. First, it introduces some related knowledge of pre-job skills training, such as meeting the training conditions, the benefits of training, the subsidy policy of training, etc., and then explains some basic skills of lathe workers.



In the second phase of the training, safety education and training were carried out for employees. Strengthen employees' production safety awareness, traffic safety awareness, fire safety awareness, water and electricity safety awareness and other safety awareness. Continuously improve employees' safety awareness and safe operation skills, so that employees have the knowledge of safe production required for their own work, firmly establish the concept of "life first, safe development", prevent the occurrence of safety accidents, and ensure the smooth progress of production safety.



The content of this training is substantial and the image of the lectures is vivid, which is well received by the majority of employees.
