Shell spraying process
The whole line body adopts stainless steel ground chain type, infrared heating and equipped with three spraying stations, spray gun adopts German imported automatic spray gun, through electrostatic adsorption and equipped with automatic powder recovery system; daily production capacity can reach 20,000 pieces.
Ultrasonic cleaning process
The direct and indirect effects of ultrasonic cavitation, acceleration and direct flow in the liquid on the liquid and dirt, so that the dirt layer is dispersed, emulsified, and stripped to achieve cleaning
Origami curing process
Using a reciprocating paper folding machine, the folded filter paper has a flat end surface, and the folding height is steplessly adjustable. It is used for folding processing of different specifications of filter paper. After the filter paper is folded and formed by the plate-making mechanism, it is heated and shaped by the splint mechanism, so that the finished filter material has a good forming effect and is not easy to deform, the paper folding operation is convenient, and the processing process is highly automated.
Assembly process
The automated assembly line, from assembly, leak testing, drying, screen printing, laser printing to automatic packaging, increases the production speed and also improves the standardization level of products.
Finished product warehousing process
It adopts three-dimensional high-level racks, equipped with the most advanced high-level forklift in China, and Kingdee ERP system. Follow the FIFO principle to make it complete, fast and efficient, and the logistics material control system guarantees the effective operation of the production system.
