The air filter is one of the most important auto part for construction machinery. It is used  to filter the dust in the air, and supply clean air for the engine. In this way, it can prevent the machine wear to make the engine work efficiency  and at the same time make its long life time.

The principle to select the air filter for construction machinery
Generally, When we choose the air filter, we have to take the structure and capacity parameters of the filter into consideration in order to make the engine work normally. 

We have to use the high-capacity filter and shorten the replacement cycle date especially in the dust larger area. What’s more, the pipe connecting with the interface must be tightly sealed and can’t be seal.

Also we should note that we have to protect the inlet position to prevent breakage, resulting in loss of function of the air cleaner.

The air filter maintance for construction machinery

1. We should strictly follow the maintenance cycle, cleaning and replacing the filter timely. For the especially circumstance with heavy dust, the maintenance for filter cycle required to be shortened.

2. Please pay more attention to clean the exhaust dust bag, to prevent too much dust on the dust disk.
3. We should check the filter element periodically. And when we clean the filter, please remember that don’t use oil or water to clean it.
4. We should pay more attention when install the filter after maintenacing, don’t install it reversed.
