The classification of the diesel engine filter

Filter is the stress of themaintenance of the diesel engine, which is the important part that is used to filtrate the oil, fuel and air. The diesel engine fitlers can be classified to oil filter, fuel filter and air filter.

The common problem of the diesel engine filter

The oil filter has the function of lubricating the diesel and ensure the stable operation of the diesel engine.

Once the element is blocked, on one side, it will increase the wearing of cylinders and piston and thus affect the lifetime of the diesel engine, on the other hand, the blockage would increase the pressure of the diesel engine and cause oil flowing to the firebox and even cause the phenomenon of burning oil.

The maintenance of the oil filter

1.      Clean and change the oil filter according to the maintenance cycle of the diesel engine fitler. Once there happens the wearing, it needs to change immediately, so that it can avoid the impurities without filtration flowing to the diesel engine and cause the parts wearing.

2.      The maintenance of the oil filter should combine with environment and should be changed timely.

3.      Clean the oil filter element timely.
