There are several cases of filter blockage:
1. Excessive pollution and blockage. Diesel engine oil in the combustion of carbon, oxidation products and combustion products exceed the oil to accommodate the limit, there is this blockage, its form is in the filter paper filter element covered with a layer of mud, the cause of blockage may be the diesel engine replacement cycle is too long, poor maintenance or crankcase combustion exhaust volume is too high
2. Oil dispersion ability to reduce clogging. When the diesel coolant drains into the crankcase, moisture will be produced, which weakens the role of the dispersant in the oil, and the soot and soot stick together to form a precipitate. Its manifestation is that there is a solid and glossy sludge along the direction of the filter paper filter core, which is caused by the coolant leaking into the diesel crankcase, or the diesel engine idling time is too long in cold weather conditions.
3. The additive precipitation is blocked. There is diesel coolant or moisture in the oil, which causes the oil additives to precipitate, or separate from the solution and cause blockage. Its manifestation is that the filter paper is gray or distorted, the paper is broken, etc., mainly caused by the cooling liquid of the diesel engine discharged into the crankcase, or the moisture in the crankcase.
4. Gel or latex clogs. Its form is found on the filter paper fold of gel-like substances, mainly caused by cooling fluid discharged into the diesel engine pollution caused by oil.
5. Oxide blockage. Caused by diesel engine oil dilution, diesel engine high temperature radiation produced oxide. Its manifestation is that the filter element is red (soot and other sediments) when blocked.
6. Abrasive (grinding) plugging. Caused by a large number of wear substances in the oil, mainly caused by the wear and tear of the diesel engine, damage, and a large amount of dust and stolen goods entering the lubrication system.
