1. Requirements for diesel quality
The injection pressure of the common rail electric injection diesel engine is higher than that of the traditional diesel engine, the diesel injection atomization is better, the injector oil hole is finer, and the impurities in the inferior diesel oil are easy to lead to the nozzle blockage. In the actual use process, the fuel quality is difficult to meet the theoretical requirements of the standard, in order to ensure the service life of the equipment, to choose as high quality fuel as possible. For oil containing more impurities, auxiliary filtration measures should be taken before filling.

2. Maintenance according to engine use requirements and actual conditions
High pressure common rail electric injection diesel engine requires to ensure the high quality of fuel, requiring strict maintenance according to the instruction manual during use. The replacement cycle of the fuel filter is determined on the basis of the use of high-quality fuel. Therefore, in actual operation, the replacement of the fuel filter can not exceed the replacement cycle, and the filter needs to be replaced at the same time as the engine oil is replaced. In addition, protective measures should be taken during engine maintenance to avoid dust or debris entering the oil circuit when replacing the filter.

3. Use filters that meet quality requirements
The fuel system of high pressure common rail electric injection diesel engine is provided with a coarse filter and two fine filters in the oil circuit, and a filter screen is provided at the inlet of the high pressure fuel pump. The high pressure common rail fuel system requires the water separation efficiency of the diesel crude filter to be more than 95%, the particle filtration efficiency of more than 10μm is more than 85%, and the particle filtration efficiency of 3-5μm is more than 95% for the diesel fine filter.
When choosing a filter, you can not blindly consider the price and ignore the quality standards of the filter, you must choose a regular manufacturer, and there are genuine filters with quality assurance that meet the quality standards

4. Requirements for cooling system and lubricating oil
The heat load of common rail diesel engine is relatively high, in order to effectively ensure the cooling effect, the engine radiator box should be filled with coolant according to the regulations, and water should not be completely added. When replacing engine oil, choose high quality standard oil. Replace the lubricating oil and filter according to the specified maintenance cycle, not only replace the lubricating oil without replacing the filter.
