1. The baffle plate of the air filter should be kept without deformation, and its tilt Angle should be 30-45 degrees. The paint on the blade surface should not be removed to prevent oxidized particles from entering the cylinder
2. Air filter maintenance to clean the ventilation mesh. For the dust collecting cup, the dust particles shall not exceed 1/3 of the height, otherwise they should be removed in time
3. The oil level of the fine filter should meet the standard, too high will cause the oil to enter the cylinder area of carbon, too low will reduce the effect of the filter, so that the wear is accelerated
4. When the metal mesh in the fine filter is used as a substitute, the hole or wire diameter can only be slightly smaller and cannot be increased, otherwise it will reduce the effect of the filter
5. There should be no air leakage in the intake network, and the cleaning of the filter should be carried out in a place without wind and dust.
