The dry air filtration device consists of a dust cover, a guide vane, a dust outlet, a vacuum cup, etc. During maintenance, attention should be paid to:
1. Regularly inspect and clean the dust discharge holes on the centrifugal dust removal hood, remove the dust adhered to the guide vanes, and pour out the dust in the dust collection cup (the dust collection volume in the container should not exceed one-third of its volume). During installation, the sealing of the rubber gasket at the connection should be ensured, and there should be no air leakage. Otherwise, the airflow will be short circuited, reducing the rotation speed of the air and greatly reducing the dust removal effect.
2. The dust removal cover and guide should maintain the correct shape. If there is any collision, it should be shaped in a timely manner to avoid changing the original design direction of the airflow and reducing the filtration effect.
3. Some drivers are not allowed to add fuel to the dust collector cup (or pan). Because oil is prone to splashing onto the dust discharge port, guide vanes, and other areas, causing them to adsorb dust, ultimately reducing the filtration and separation ability.
