After the training, Mr Chen organized a management meeting after back from Zhejiang, and issued a series of corrective measures. And during the meeting, he pointed out some important matter which we should do:

 1. we should combine the operating rules of each position with the art procedure when manufacturing filter; 

 2. Try one’s best to improve and gain working skills; 

 3. Strive to achieve full participation in production;

 4. Try to make the equipments to achieve optimal performance, reduce the costs to produce better products and gain greater benefits.

Successful business comes from high efficiency management, while high efficiency management depends on the strategy made by the outstanding leader. Thanks for the training organised by government of Wuhu County, which let us learn more and gain precious knowledge. We’ll continue to study and try our best to improve our technology researching levels. We’ll give our many thanks to our government by producing  best quality of filters and providing best service to customers.
