Attention: Do not smoke when operating the fuel system, keep flames or sparks away from the work area, and remember to release fuel pressure when the engine is stopped.
Installation method of electronic fuel injection filter element
1. Place the waste cloth under the fuel filter and wrap it around the filter.
2. Release fuel pressure.
a. Remove the negative battery cable from the battery.
b. Remove the fuel tank cap.
c. Use a square wrench on one side for the 6mm repair bolt of the oil pipe, while using another wrench to clamp the specialized pipa shaped bolt.
d. Cover the 6mm repair bolt with a cloth or waste cloth.
e. Slowly loosen the 6mm repair bolt by one turn.
3. Remove the 12mm pipa bolt and oil inlet pipe from the fuel filter.
4. Remove the clamp and filter of the fuel filter.
5. Install in reverse order and use new gaskets as shown in the diagram.
Note: Before reconnecting, thoroughly clean the expansion joint of the high-pressure hose.

6. Tighten the pipa shaped bolt to 22Nm, tighten the fuel filter clamp bolt to 10Nm, and tighten the high-pressure fuel pipe to 38Nm.

Installation method of carburetor filter element
The common small gasoline engine models nowadays generally use disposable integral gasoline filters. The outer shell of this filter is transparent, and the dirt on the filter element can be seen from the outside. When the filter element is dirty, the filter should be replaced. The replacement steps are as follows:
1. Prepare a new gasoline filter (with the same structure as the original car filter);
2. Loosen the fastening screws on the inlet and outlet pipe clamps;
3. Remove the old gasoline filter and install the new gasoline filter;
4. Tighten the pipe clamp fastening screws on the inlet and outlet pipes;
5. If there is gasoline overflow, it should be wiped clean with a cloth;
6. Start the engine and check for oil leakage.
Attention: Before reinstalling the gasoline filter, the inlet and outlet positions should be noted clearly and must not be reversed.
