The Analysis of Filter Clogging

There are the following types of filter clogging:filter

1. Over-pollution. Diesel engine oil combustion coke, oxidation products and combustion products such as oil over the capacity of the limit, it will cause the clogging. The manifestation: in the filter paper filter is covered with a layer of sludge. The reason is long time not replacement cycle, poor maintenance, or excessive combustion gas in the crankcase
 

2. Oil dispersion ability to reduce congestion.  When the diesel engine coolant into the crankcase, it will produce moisture, weakening the role of dispersant in oil, soot and ash together to form a precipitate. Its performance is along the filter paper, the filter paper in the direction have solid, shiny sludge. The reason is that the coolant into the diesel engine crankcase, or diesel engine in the cold weather conditions such as idle time is too long.
 
3. Additive precipitation clogging. Diesel engine coolant or moisture is present in the oil, causing the oil additive to precipitate, or to separate from the solution, causing clogging. Its manifestation is the filter paper is gray or distorted, broken paper fracture, mainly by the diesel engine coolant leaked into the crankcase, or crankcase moisture caused.

 

4. Glue blockage. Its performance is in the filter paper found on the gel-like material, mainly by the coolant leaked into the diesel engine contamination caused by the oil.

 

5. Oxide clogging. Due to dilution of diesel engine oil, diesel engine radiation caused by high-temperature oxide. Its manifestation is blocked when the filter element is red (soot and other deposits).

 

6. abrasive (grinding) plug. Due to oil in the village of oil caused by a large number of wear and tear materials, mainly with the diesel engine wear, damage, lubrication system into a lot of dust and stolen goods caused.
