The fuel filter is a consumable, which needs to be replaced and maintained regularly during the use of the vehicle, otherwise it will not play the role of qualification guarantee. It is recommended to replace the fuel filter every 2000 km.

Method: Prepare a screwdriver and jack.
Operation process:
1. Park the car on a sturdy plane.
2. Reduce the air pressure of the fuel system.
3. Start the engine until the gasoline in the pipeline is depleted and the engine stops running.
4. Most fuel filter are located under the engine or vehicle fuel tank. If necessary, you can use a jack to lift the car and disconnect the fuel pipe from the fuel filter.
5. Remove mounting bolts of fuel filter, and then remove fuel filter.
6. Compare whether the new fuel filter is the same as the removed model. After confirmation, install a new fuel filter. Pay attention to the direction and make sure it points towards the engine. After confirmation, install the filter fixing bolts.
7. Connect the fuel pipe and install the fuel pump fuse.
8. Reconnect the battery pack, and then you can lower the car.

The recommended replacement cycle of fuel filter shall be different according to its own structure, performance and use, and cannot be generalized. The recommended replacement cycle for normal maintenance of external filters by most automobile manufacturers (checking transaction prices, participating in configurations, and preferential policies) is 48000 kilometers; The conservative recommended replacement cycle is 19.2-24000 kilometers.
