The replacement cycle of the diesel filter element for diesel vehicles is two oil changes, and the separator is about half a year,

Function and principle:
1. The diesel filter is used to filter out the solid impurities (iron oxide and dust, etc.) contained in the fuel, thus protecting the oil nozzle, cylinder liner and piston ring of the oil pump, which can not only greatly reduce wear, but also avoid the occurrence of blockage;
2. The role of diesel fuel filter is very important. The sulfur content in domestic diesel fuel is very high. If there is no diesel fuel filter, the sulfur element will react directly with water to generate sulfuric acid, thus corroding the internal parts of the engine. Therefore, diesel filter is extremely important;
3. The working principle of the oil-water separator of diesel vehicles is that the oily sewage is sent to the fuel water separator by the sewage pump, and the large oil droplets of the diffusion nozzle float up on the top of the left oil collecting chamber. The sewage containing small oil droplets enters the corrugated plate coalescer in the lower part, and the oil droplets in the polymerized part form large oil droplets to the right oil collecting chamber;
4. The sewage containing oil droplets with smaller particles passes through the fine filter, and the impurities in the water are discharged into the fiber polymerizer, so that the small oil droplets are polymerized into larger oil droplets and separated from water. The clean water is discharged through the drain port, the dirty oil in the left and right oil collecting chambers is automatically discharged through the solenoid valve, and the dirty oil separated from the fiber polymerizer is discharged through the manual valve.

The cylinder pressure of automobile engine is about 1000KPA, refer to:
1. There is a direct relationship between the cylinder pressure and the compression ratio. The higher the compression ratio, the greater the cylinder pressure, but the cylinder pressure of each engine is different. Now the cylinder pressure of the engine is probably around 14 or 15;
2. The cylinder of a diesel engine is used to ensure that the four strokes of suction, compression, explosion and exhaust work continuously in a straight reciprocating motion. It provides the ignition point for the diesel fuel to make the diesel fuel burn after the explosion, forces the piston in the cylinder to make a straight motion, provides torque for the crankshaft, and then forces the piston to make compression to increase the temperature in the cylinder by the inertia of the flywheel, and circulates in a reciprocating motion, which is one of the main components to realize the rotation of the diesel engine;
3. The diesel engine is composed of engine body, two mechanisms (crank linkage mechanism and valve train mechanism) and four systems (fuel supply system, lubrication system, cooling system and starting system). The engine block is the frame of diesel engine, which is composed of cylinder block and crankcase. The crank connecting rod mechanism is composed of piston connecting rod group, crankshaft flywheel group, etc;
4. The valve train is composed of valve group, valve drive group and valve drive group. The fuel supply system includes a fuel supply device, an air supply device, a mixture forming device and an exhaust gas exhaust device. The lubrication system is composed of oil supply device and filtration device. The cooling system includes radiator, water pump, fan, etc. The starting system includes starting motor or starting internal combustion engine and transmission mechanism.
