The solutions for insufficient power of diesel engine are as follows:
1. If the air filter is not clean, the resistance will increase, the air flow will decrease, and the inflation efficiency will decrease, resulting in insufficient engine power. Clean the diesel air filter core or remove the dust on the paper filter core as required, and replace the filter core if necessary;
2. The exhaust pipe is blocked. Blocked exhaust pipe will cause blocked exhaust and lower fuel efficiency. Power drops. Check whether the exhaust resistance is increased due to too much carbon deposit in the exhaust pipe. Generally, the exhaust back pressure should not exceed 3.3Kpa, and the carbon deposit in the exhaust pipe should be removed frequently;
3. If the fuel injection advance angle is too large or too small, the fuel injection time of the fuel pump will be too early or too late (if the fuel injection time is too early, the fuel will not burn fully, if the fuel injection time is too late, the fuel will emit white smoke, and the fuel will not burn fully), making the combustion process not in the best state. At this time, check whether the screw of the fuel injection transmission shaft adapter is loose. If it is loose, readjust the fuel supply advance angle as required and tighten the screw;
4. The piston and cylinder liner are strained. Due to the serious or worn piston and cylinder liner, and the increased friction loss caused by the piston ring bonding, the mechanical loss of the engine itself increases, the compression ratio decreases, the ignition is difficult or the combustion is insufficient, the lower inflation increases, and the air leakage is serious. At this time, replace the cylinder liner, piston and piston ring.
