Replace the air filter, replace the solenoid valve, replace the fuel filter, clean the oil circuit, replace the damaged parts, etc.
1. Replace the air filter
Because there is too much dust and particles in the air, the filter element accumulates more dust and dirt, which increases the air intake resistance and leads to insufficient air supply. This will increase the probability that the air filter will need to be replaced.
2. Replace solenoid valve (including turbocharger)
The poor quality of diesel fuel will lead to blockage and wear of fuel injection nozzle, resulting in inaccurate fuel supply. Replacing the solenoid valve can solve this problem.
3. Replace the fuel filter
The gray scale and water in diesel must be filtered before entering the cylinder. If the fuel filter does not meet the standard, the service time exceeds the specification, or the fuel filter is damaged due to quality problems, particles and water will enter the engine together with the diesel and damage the fuel system, especially the common rail system, making it impossible to establish high pressure, insufficient injection atomization, and black smoke. Check the fuel filter frequently and replace it in time.
4. Clean the oil circuit
Carbon deposits will block the oil circuit and cause poor oil supply. The area with poor diesel quality can be solved by cleaning the oil circuit.
5. Replace damaged parts
Long time driving will lead to wear of components, affecting the supply of oil and gas. Because such faults are scattered, 4S inspection is required to confirm the root cause of the fault.
