Weak speed of diesel vehicle: the cause of weak acceleration
The power supply is mainly completed by the combination of the intake system, fuel supply system, relevant electronic circuits and electronic components. Therefore, when the acceleration is weak, these three ways can be used to determine whether the acceleration is affected.
1. Weak acceleration and intake system
The air supply system is mainly used to provide air that is suitable for the fuel. The purity of the air provided restricts the combustion effect and indirectly affects the power supply.
Therefore, in case of weak acceleration, first judge whether the air intake system is in good condition. If it is in good condition, consider whether the air intake system needs to be cleaned. Remove the air filter to blow out the dust. If it is difficult to blow out, replace it. Check whether the throttle valve is clean, and further check the intake valve and intake manifold. Clean properly if necessary.
Through the inspection and cleaning of the intake system, if the acceleration is still weak, it can be judged that it has nothing to do with the intake system. The general idle jitter can be solved by cleaning the intake system.
Diesel vehicle cannot be lifted at a low speed: poor acceleration and fuel supply system
The quantity of fuel supply directly determines the strength of power, and the full combustion and quantity of fuel are the guarantee of power. Therefore, when power is insufficient, we also need to consider the fuel supply system.
First of all, we should ensure that the oil products meet the fuel standard of the vehicle. After checking that the oil circuit and connections are in good condition, we should check the fuel filter, fuel nozzle and fuel pump to see if there is any blockage in fuel supply. If necessary, clean or replace them. So as to remove the carbon deposit. If the acceleration is still weak, consider the fuel pressure regulator, cold start fuel injector and other fuel circuit components.
The inspection of the fuel supply system will ensure smooth fuel supply and injection, and the normal operation of the fuel pump will eliminate obstacles to the following work.
3. Weak acceleration and electronic control components
Nowadays, most cars are regulated by ECU (electronic control unit). Many sensors and actuators (various components) are installed in cars and connected by circuits. They are all made of electronic components. The sensors installed at each monitoring point will transmit the monitoring data to the ECU, which will identify and analyze them according to the previously set program, select the appropriate command and transmit it to the actuator, so that the car can drive with the driver's wishes through this way. Therefore, when the air intake system and fuel supply system are normal, if the acceleration is still weak, there is a fault in the electronic control. We analyze it from simple to complex
