Fiber thickness
A good filter material should have high precision, relatively low filtration resistance and high dirt holding capacity. Generally speaking, the finer the fibers that make up the filter material, the denser the structure of the filter material and the larger the quantification, the higher the filtration accuracy, but at the same time the resistance increases and the porosity decreases. Porosity

The number of folds only reflects one of the small aspects of the filter area of the filter element. It cannot reflect the core index of the filter element. It is actually a "pseudo proposition" to judge the quality of the filter element only by the number of folds of the filter paper.
