It is not a big problem if it is not replaced when it is hot, but when it is cold, the requirements for the air filter and diesel filter are higher. The filter must be replaced if it does not exceed 5000 kilometers, otherwise it will affect the life of the car;
2. With good road conditions and environment, it can reach 20,000 kilometers per kilometer, and the time can be up to one or two years;
3. The difference in road conditions and environment may only be 3-5 thousand kilometers per kilometer, and the time may only be a few months.
4. The purpose of the coarse filter is to intercept large particles and replace the general filter. When the engine is working, the air containing dust enters the coarse filter tangentially;
5. The dust will generate centrifugal force. Under the action of centrifugal force, the impurity particles move to the inner wall of the outer circle of the coarse filter and are discharged through the dust valve;
6. The car's air intake system should include a coarse filter component with coarse filtration. The coarse filter can separate large particles of impurities in the air and discharge them;
7. Thereby improving the air quality entering the air filter, reducing the maintenance cycle of the air filter element and extending the life of the filter element.
How to drain the truck diesel filter
It's very simple. Open the hood and find the fuel water separator. There is a drain knob at the bottom of the fuel water separator, and it can drain by turning left:
1. Diesel enters the separator through the oil inlet and flows out through the oil outlet. The moisture in the diesel is separated from the diesel in the separator and deposited on the bottom of the shell, and the float floats up with the increase of water accumulation;
2. When the float reaches the specified water level, the liquid level sensor will connect the circuit, and the warning light on the dashboard will send out a water release signal. At this time, the driver should loosen the water plug in time to release the water;
3. The hand-pressed diaphragm pump is used for draining and exhausting water.
