The air filter replacement cycle is about 10,000 kilometers. The function of the air filter element is to filter out the tiny impurities in the air and prevent them from entering the combustion chamber of the engine and affecting the operation of the engine. Air filter element is a kind of filter, also called air filter cartridge, air filter, style and so on. Mainly used for air filtration in engineering locomotives, automobiles, agricultural locomotives, laboratories, aseptic operation rooms and various precision operation rooms.

The method of replacing the air filter element is as follows:
1. Open the car hood and find the air filter box. Some boxes are fixed with screws, some are fixed with clips, and those with screws need to be opened with a screwdriver;
2. If it is fixed with a clip, just open the clip directly. Take out the old filter element from the box. In order to prevent dust and other debris from falling in, block the air intake duct with a clean towel;
3. The air filter is divided into a filter element and a casing, and the filter element is responsible for gas filtering. Play the role of filtering dust and sand particles in the air, and ensure that sufficient and clean air enters the cylinder;
4. Replace with a new air filter element, fasten the clip or use a screwdriver to screw on the air filter element box cover. Then put down the hood.
