Good quality filter: precise in electric welding. The seal groove cover should be connected with plates solid and reliable.

Poor quality filter: electric welding is rough. It’s easy to open welding, and oil in anti-valve is leaking. In this way, the engine can’t be lubricated when starts and will cause the mechanical wear.

Anti-valve

Good quality filter:  it’s  the imported rubber in good quality. When parking, it’ll not leak. When the engine starts to work, the oil will be sent to the friction surface.

Bad quality filter: some maufacturers don’t put anti-valve in filters, or put a leaked one. When the car park, the impurities will be back to the oil pan and will affect of oil lubrication. 

Caps

Good quality filter: the caps material is good, the filter media will be cemented together.

Poor quality filter:  the caps material is bad and lack of steel. The filter media can’t be effectively bonded.

Center tuber

Good quality filter: the tuber can stand great pressure.

Bad quality filter: the welding of the tuber is not strong, in poor processing and with a glare mesh material which is easy to collapse and damage.

Filter paper

Good quality filter: the use of high-quality filter paper----large filter media area, small aperture, good quality, high filter efficiency and effective filtering impurities.

Poor quality filter: the use of poor- quality filter-----small filter media area, bug aperture, low filter efficiency and low filter filtration effect. 

Connection Part

Good quality filter: it’s used the metal clamp to bond.

Poor quality filter: it’s used the staple or wire to bond

Adhesive part

Good quality filter: The adhesive can stand high temperature、bonding reliably and a good sealing effect.

Poor quality filter: The adhesive have a poor quality ,can’t stand high temperature, poor adhesion and a poor sealing effect. 

Bypass valve

High quality filter: It has reliable design, accurate sealing device and also can effectively prevent the unfiltered dirty oil through.

Poor quality filter: It has poor design, poor quality materials, compression spring tension, rough sealing device and dirty oil easily through.

Filter housing

Poor quality filter: It has the normal appearance ,the inner quality is so poor and easy to cause precision parts wear, then leading to engine damage.
