Usually it is to replace the filter element. If there is no spare part, then blow it with air and then rinse with hot water:
1. The fuel water separator can be directly installed on the channel through which oily sewage flows, and the sewage outlet can be aligned with the grilled inlet of the fuel water separator, and it can be connected with other equipment by pipeline;
The sewage pipeline at the bottom can be connected to the sludge dewatering device, if the sludge dewatering device is not equipped, it can be directly connected to the sewage pipe;
2. When installing the fuel water separator, the horizontal position must be adjusted without error. Before using it for the first time, fill the device with tap water first, and then adjust the position of the adjustment plate on the device until only oil but no water comes out of the oil outlet. After the adjustment plate is adjusted, please do not move randomly, otherwise it will affect the water quality of the outlet water;
3. Care should be taken to pour out the sundries on the water inlet filter and clean it up. The catering industry should use hot water to wash the oil on the filter to avoid clogging the filter and affecting the water intake. If you use a pump to lift the inlet water, please clean up the dirt next to the inlet valve of the pump regularly to avoid blocking the pump valve and affecting the inlet water flow;
4. Pay attention to clean up the waste oil in the oil collecting tank: first open the drain valve at the bottom of the oil tank to drain some of the water, and then collect the waste oil.
The working principle of diesel vehicle fuel water separator is as follows:
1. The oily sewage is sent to the fuel water separator by the sewage pump, and the large oil droplets of the diffusion nozzle will float up on the top of the left oil collection chamber;
2. The sewage containing small oil droplets enters the corrugated plate coalescer at the lower part, and the aggregated oil droplets form larger oil droplets to the right oil collecting chamber;
3. The sewage containing oil droplets of smaller particles passes through the fine filter, and the impurities in the water are removed and enters the fiber polymerizer, so that the fine oil droplets are aggregated into larger oil droplets and separated from the water;
4. The clean water is drained through the drain port, the dirty oil in the left and right oil collection chambers is automatically drained through the solenoid valve, and the dirty oil separated in the fiber polymerizer is drained through the manual valve.
