Troubleshooting of fuel pump:
1. There is a fuel pump positioning base in the fuel tank, and the fuel pump rubber seat is just sleeved on the positioning base. Press the two cards on the rubber seat of the fuel pump and pull up to take out the fuel pump. Since the fuel quantity sensor and the fuel pump line are set on the same harness socket, the fuel quantity sensor must be taken out together;
2. In the process of installing a new fuel pump, the fuel pump should be in the correct position to avoid damage to the fuel quantity sensor. In order to ensure that the fault is completely eliminated, the fuel filter is also replaced. The fuel filter is installed in the right side guard plate at the bottom of the vehicle body. Since the fuel pressure regulator is located on the fuel filter, there are a total of 3 oil pipes and 1 vacuum tube on the fuel filter;
3. When replacing the fuel filter, pay attention to the fuel pipe not to be reversed, otherwise it will cause the failure of the vehicle. The vacuum pipe plays a role in regulating the fuel pressure. When the engine is idling, the vacuum pipe has no vacuum suction;
4. The fuel pressure is always maintained at 350kQa. This oil pressure control method is correct. We hope that the maintenance personnel will pay attention to it. All components are installed, the vehicle is started, the engine runs smoothly, and the fault is completely eliminated.
