A common failure of the gasoline pump is insufficient fuel supply when the car is going uphill.
There are several other phenomena:
1. Weak acceleration and feel frustrated when refueling quickly;
2. It is not easy to start when starting, it takes a long time to key in;
3. Abnormal noise, buzzing abnormal noise when driving;
4. The engine fault light is on;
5. Engine shakes.
The reasons are as follows:
1. There are bubbles in the oil cup of the gasoline pump, and the oil level of the oil cup is lowered; or the output gasoline is scattered with bubbles, it means that there is air in the pipeline from the gasoline pump to the gasoline tank. Check whether the oil cup gasket is sealed, and whether the oil inlet pipe joint of the gasoline pump is damaged;
2. There is no air bubbles in the oil cup of the gasoline pump, which is often caused by severe wear and tear of the moving parts of the rocker arm group, and the diaphragm spring is too soft, resulting in insufficient stroke and pressure;
3. The fuel supply is insufficient after the flame is stopped and taxiing. This type of failure is mostly caused by air resistance. Before stalling and taxiing, the car often runs under heavy load, so the engine temperature is often high; after stalling, the heat dissipation conditions become worse because the water pump and fan stop working;
4. Gasoline is affected by high temperature, causing its light part to volatilize into gas, and it is stored in the gasoline pump, which destroys the vacuum degree of the oil suction stroke and increases the resistance to the flow of gasoline. When the amount of gas generated per unit time is greater than the displacement of the gasoline pump, it will cause a failure of no oil.
