We must replace the oil filter when changing the oil.

The oil should be filtered through the oil filter before reaching to the lubricated position. The main function of oil filter is to filter the impuruties, keep the oil clean and make the engine work efficiency.

 So far, most of the car is used the non-removable clean disposable  filters. Therefore, On one hand, the oil filter should also be replaced when replacing the oil, in this way, it can make sure that the engine gets good lubricating effect. On the other hand, we should install the oil filter properly to avoid the dust or impurities getting into the oil to prevent the wear of moving parts or oil plug.

2. Air Filter

We should make cleaning when driving 5000kms per time, and replacing the air filter when driving 10000kms.

Automotive engine is a very delicate part and it needs enough air and gasoline when works. If there is no air filter or its lose its function, the suspended impurities in the air will be brought to the cylinder and effect the friction of piston and cylinder. What’s worse, it may cause cylinder phenomenon. Therefore, we have to install the air filter properly. In this way, it can reduce the wear of cylinder, pistons, pistons rings etc.

3. Fuel Filter

To ensure that the engine is running smoothly, we should replace the fuel filter every 10000kms or 1year per time.

The main function of fuel filter is to filter the fuel. Usually, most of th e car driver use gasoline, so the filter is a fuel filter. We should install the fuel filter properly to avoid the dust and impurities get into the gasoline.   Oil filter, air filter and fuel filter are known as “three filters”, were responsible for the engine lubrication system, intake system of impurities and filtration combustion system.  

4. Cleaning the Throttle

If there is no specific requirements, we should clean it every 10000kms per time by ourselves.

If we don’t clean it for a long time, it’ll be easy to turn off when morning started, especially in the cold car. There will be fine after the car getting hot.

We can clean the throttle by ourselves after using the carburetor cleaner. We just need to remove the four screws fixed on the throttle, then pull the throttle. Noted: Be careful not to pull out the throttle connection when cleaning.

5. Replacing the air filter element

The air filter is located in the engines’ compartment. We should open the box when replacing it. Generally the cover consist of a snap or screw, a general cross screwdriver to open. Took out the old filter, cleaning the dust inside the box, then put the new filter and tighten the cover.

6. Replacing the air filter

Most car air filter is located behind the co-pilot glove box, a small number of vehichles the engine compartment near the co-pilot position. First, it needs to remove th e glovebox, to find the air filter box, then open the lid, you’ll see the air filter.
