Engine maintenance: By replacing the oil filter regularly. 

           When lubricating the engine, the oil should filtering through the oil filter before reaching to the lubricated position.  For the oil which contains more mechanical dust will cause wear when the engines parts getting mutual movement. What’s worse, if the oil doesn’t impurity by the oil filter,  it’ll result in mechanical failure. Therefore, the oil filter using performance has a directly impact on oil for engine lubrication effect.

 When we replace the oil, we have to replace the qualified full-flow oil filter accordingly-the paper element filter. After prolonged using paper element filter, its filter performance will decline, which will greatly reduce the pressure by oil filter. Although the bypass-valve will be open when the oil reduced to a certain level, it will increase mechanical wear and tear because of the oil without filtering.

The timely replacement of good quality oil filter, oil impurities and pollution particles will be filtered by the filter. Thus, the oil enters the oil channel is very clean, and can effectively prevent the particles wear on the engine parts. In addition, if you only replace the new oil without replacing the oil filter, the old oil in the oil filters and around  1/4 contaminants will re-enter the oil circulation, not only increases the chance of wear and tear, but also reduce the performance of new oil.

If you do not required regular replacement of oil filter or replace the poor quality of oil filter, on the one hand, the engine don’t work smoothly , even worse, it will be stuck piston rings, causing severe engine wear, and even returned to factory for overhaul.

Replacing the oil filter

In the Professional motor repair station, first driving car into parking spaces with a lifting jack rise to car to the height of 160-170cm. With a special oil filter wrench to rotate counterclockwise the old oil filter. Then taked out the new oil filter from box, and checkend the thread and sealing  rubber on the new filter, Charged with clean install on the cylinder block , then coated filter rubber seal with a small amount of lubricating oil .

Installing the oil filter by hand, and then fixed with a special tool to tighten the oil filter in clockwise. After installation, fill the oil in the engine to a predetermined height level, running the engine at least 3 minutes, then check the oil if it leaks.
