The filter has two kinds of porous ceramics and paper. Paper filter is made by microporous filter paper treated with resin, high filter efficiency, low cost, convenient replacement. So it has been widely used.
Carburetor EFI fuel filter and fuel filter, carburetor gasoline engine, gasoline filter is located in the pump inlet side, small pressure. In general, the nylon shell, EFI engine the fuel filter is located in the outlet side of the pump, high working pressure, usually by metal shell. The gasoline engine is by oil pressure, because some chosen with the filter filter. The filter structure, as shown in figure 3-102. The filter is composed of an upper cover 4, filter 2 and sedimentation cup 1, cover 4 is equipped with oil inlet and outlet pipes 3 and 5, 2 with 8 bolts of porous ceramic filter element is fixed on the upper cover. In the oil supply system, in addition to the fuel filter, usually in fuel gas, fuel pump into the oil inlet and the carburetor float chamber oil inlet pore steel wire mesh is arranged, to filter out impurities.
