To make the test for fuel filter according to the ISO4020:

1. The new filter clean-up test.  The test is to determine whether the filter inside is removed the dust stored during production and storage.

2. Bubble Test. It is used to confirm whether the filter is greater than the accuracy of the existence of the pores of the filter

3.  The filtration efficiency and life test. Filtration efficiency is to test the percentage of specific particles that are filtered. The filter life is expressed as a time when the plunger test pressure is greater than 0.07 MPa.

The water separation validity test.The test to determine the percentage of moisture in the oil-water mixture separated by the oil filter.
5. The damage of the filter element test.It is  to determine the ability of the assembly to withstand internal pressure.

6. Filter assembly damage test. It is to Test the mechanical strength of the oil filter assembly under pulsating pressure (when the engine is started or stopped).

7. The anti-vibration fatigue test. It is to determine the normal use of oil filter anti-vibration mechanical strength.
