With the snow and ice as a mirror, our original aspiration remains steadfast. The hundred-day struggle has come to a successful conclusion, and all our efforts and sweat have finally turned into this promise to journey to the northern land. On January 18th, all the sales personnel and department leaders of Meiruier embarked on a five-day ice and snow journey to Harbin, surrendering their bodies and minds to this silver-wrapped northern land.

Fairy Tale Kingdom and Extreme Time Travel

Stepping into the Snow Town, it feels as if you have stumbled into a page of a fairy tale. The wooden roofs of this dreamlike homeland are adorned with thick snow caps, and lanterns cast a warm glow in the dusk. Amidst the sound of gongs and drums from the Northeastern Errenzhuan (a traditional Northeastern Chinese performance art), the cultural barriers between colleagues from the north and south melt away in laughter.

Echoes of History and the Radiance of Ice Lanterns

Although the five-day trip was brief, it was fulfilling and meaningful. We relaxed ourselves amidst the snow and ice, enhanced our friendship through challenges, and forged our team spirit with laughter. Every wonderful moment, every concerted effort, is deeply imprinted in the hearts of every Merrell employee. This is not only a reward for hard work, but also a sublimation and baptism of team spirit.
