Outstanding Employee of the Year

Zhou Yuqing  (Planning and Materials Control Department )

Good at formulating work plans, rationally arranging time and resources, ensuring the orderly progress of work and completing today's tasks on the same day, good at helping colleagues have a team spirit, able to complete temporary tasks assigned by the leader in a timely and effective manner, good at making use of inventory material storage locations and saving space, achieving 100% consistency between accounts, cards and physical goods, with an average annual performance of 100%.

Li Xianfu  (Process Engineering Department)

Since joining the company, he has always adhered to the working attitude of "rigorous and pragmatic, striving for excellence", and has been deeply involved in the front line of equipment management. In the annual work, relying on his solid professional skills and strong sense of responsibility, in response to the problem of lagging safety operation procedures for some equipment, he optimized and improved the original procedures in combination with the actual operation of the equipment and the latest safety standards.

I operate the origami equipment in a standardized and proficient manner, strictly follow the origami process standards, and strictly control the origami accuracy to minimize the scrap rate.

Obey arrangements, be hardworking and enduring, have a strong sense of collaboration, always maintain a correct and dedicated working attitude, have discovered defective products many times and promptly reported them to the team leader, and work together with team members to complete production tasks.

Wu Renjiang  (Production and Manufacturing Department)

With an extremely strong ability to withstand pressure and the quality of being hardworking and enduring hardships, it always takes the lead in the peak production season, ensuring the progress of production capacity. In leak detection, all defective products are reworked into finished products, and the original 10% of defective products are increased by one-thousandth.

Special Nomination Award

Zhou Jianbo  (Process Engineering Department)

In 2023, I was awarded the "Management Pioneer" at the company level. I am proficient in stamping processes, mold design, and the integrated application of automated equipment, and possess outstanding capabilities in diagnosing and solving technical problems. The innovative ideas are novel, and the efficiency has been significantly improved, achieving a dual optimization of efficiency and cost. For the end cover of the 7170 axle product, an automatic stamping die was introduced. The 8-step single stamping process was changed to a one-time automatic forming. The working time for a single product was shortened from 19 seconds to 1 second, and the production efficiency was increased by 90%. At the same time, the slow-moving materials were reused, reducing the amount of slow-moving inventory by 11,000 yuan.

Zhen Fuxin  (Process Engineering Department)

In 2023, I was awarded the title of "Outstanding Employee", and in 2024, I received the "Cost Reduction and Efficiency Enhancement" award. Have a profound understanding of the production line process and technological pain points, and be good at discovering systematic improvement opportunities from details. Possessing excellent design thinking and practical skills in mechatronics, one can transform improvement ideas into stable and reliable automation solutions. Possessing acute observation skills, solid technical foundation and a strong enthusiasm for improvement. Successfully transform a repetitive, boring and error-prone manual operation into an efficient, precise and reliable automated process. Proposed and led the implementation of the "Automated Height Measurement System for Conveyor Lines" project. The original process required manual picking of items from the conveyor belt for three-point height measurement. Now, through the independently designed height measurement device for unmanned operation, 100% online full inspection is achieved, automatically determining the height and skew, and sorting/alarming. This eliminates manual misjudgment and missed inspection, saving one person for manual operation.
