"Three filters" refers to the oil filter, air filter, gasoline filter, which is known to every driver. However, some people do not pay much attention to the maintenance of the "three filters", and there is a lack of understanding of their structure and performance.

As we all know, the normal operation of the engine must have oil, oil, air and electricity, and the fuel that enters the engine combustion must be pure and free of impurities, and the gasoline filter plays a filtering role; Oil in the engine lubrication parts withstand high heat, while containing many wear metal chips, must also be filtered to maintain its function; When the engine is running, pure air is necessary, so it is necessary to have an air filter to filter the dirt or dust in the air, so as not to cause damage to the parts

Oil filter: It is generally required that the car should be replaced every 5,000 kilometers when the oil is replaced. The more common one is that the filter paper is installed in the cylinder aluminum shell, and the replacement can be tightened in the installation position. Why do you need to change the oil filter when maintaining the oil? Because the oil circulates in the engine oil passage to the cylinder wall cooling and lubrication, and the valve clearance is controlled between the oil filter to filter the worn metal chips and hot coke, the dirty oil in the filter still exists when the oil is changed if the oil filter is not changed, and the filter area and effect of the filter paper are greatly reduced, in fact, only about 75% of the oil is changed. If the remaining dirty oil causes damage to the machine parts, it is not worth the loss!

Air filter: The most common is the dry filter paper type, that is, the yellow green or white filter element. As long as the air filter element is removed from the filter cartridge box and the dirt is blown with high pressure air, it can be replaced when it is found to be dirty and not clean with high pressure air when it is maintained for about 10,000 or 20,000 kilometers. The oil-bath filter element is almost never replaced, as long as every two kilometers or so maintenance with the liquid to wash the oil and dirt, fully dry and then re-use the new oil can be used, pay special attention to is that the oil-bath filter element after washing must not be dry with high pressure air or hair dryer, will make the filter deteriorates and breaks, so it is best to wait for it to dry slowly and then oil treatment. If the air filter element is not cleaned regularly, the dirt will block the entire filter surface, causing the intake to be bad, and the engine performance will be affected.

Gasoline filter: mainly used to filter the dirt brought into the fuel when refueling, it will enter the oil tank along with the oil gun, if not treated, it will cause the carburetor or the fuel nozzle to block, and the oil supply is not smooth. The gasoline filter needs to be replaced for about two years, and the direction of oil intake and oil output should not be mistaken when replaced, and the tubing joint should be fixed firmly to avoid oil leakage. In order to extend the life of the petrol filter, in addition to not forgetting to cover the oil tank, it is best not to go into the shop to refuel after the tank truck has just unloaded the oil, because at this time the dirt in the oil tank is stirred up, there will be more dirt running into your tank, and increase the work burden of the petrol filter cup.
