Filter sensor performance indicators are as follows:
1, sensitivity: mainly depends on the manufacturing of the chip itself. Large electromechanical coupling coefficient, high sensitivity; On the contrary, the sensitivity is low.
2. Working frequency: resonant frequency of piezoelectric wafer. When the frequency of the AC voltage applied to both ends is equal to the resonant frequency of the chip, the output energy is maximum and the sensitivity is highest.
3, the working temperature: because the Curie point of the piezoelectric material is generally high, especially the ultrasonic probe used for diagnosis is small, the working temperature is relatively low, and it can work for a long time without failure. The temperature of ultrasonic probes for medical use is relatively high and requires separate refrigeration equipment.
The filter sensor checks and cleans the filter element as follows:
1, for the filter, felt filter element, clean diesel and brush can be used to wash, rinse the filter element, remove the oil and impurities on the filter element.
2, for the paper filter filter, every 250 ~ 500h after work, no longer clean, should be replaced with a new filter. For too dirty difficult to clean, damaged or perforated filter element, should be replaced.
3, the damage of metal mesh filter element is mainly welding, damage and blockage. The maintenance method is: often maintain the filter capacity of the filter element of the filter sensor, if the welding is removed, it is re-welded after washing, and the damaged part is replaced with a new one.
