Metal slit filter is a metal slit filter element as the filter element of the coarse filter. 1. The filter element passes the capability inspection
Plug the filter element port of the cleaned filter with a cork or rubber plug, and invade the diesel oil with a temperature higher than 15 ° C, check the time of diesel oil entering the filter element through the gap. The new filter element should be filled with diesel within 20-40 seconds, such as the time of diesel filled filter element is more than 100 seconds, indicating that the filter element is clogged seriously and should be further cleaned.

2. Cleaning method of filter element
The filter element is soaked in an alkaline cleaning solution at 80-100℃ for 2.5-3 h, and then the cleaning solution with a temperature of 80-95 is sprayed to the filter element with a pressure of 0.4-0.45Mpa, or high-pressure diesel oil can be sprayed.

3. Filter element installation precautions
When installing the repaired filter element, it is necessary to ensure that the gasket is intact, so as not to pass the lubricating oil from the gap between the filter element and the housing without passing through the filter element, resulting in accelerated wear of the relevant parts.
