The China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, is an important channel for China's foreign trade and an important window for opening up. The Canton Fair is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of China and the People's Government of Guangdong Province, and hosted by the China Foreign Trade Center. Since its inception in 1957, the fair has been held in Guangzhou, China, every spring and autumn, and has been successfully held for 135 sessions.

The Canton Fair is a comprehensive international trade event with the longest history, the largest scale, the most complete commodities, the largest number of buyers and the broadest sources, the best trading results and the best reputation in China. Here, is the forefront of trade, is the gathering place of business opportunities, but also an important vane and barometer of China's foreign trade.

The 136th Autumn Canton Fair will be held in Guangzhou Pazhou Island Canton Fair Exhibition Hall from October 15 to 19, 2024, with a total exhibition area of 1.55 million square meters.
