The diesel engine adopts the integral full-flow oil filter, which is connected in series in the oil circuit, and the filter element is non-removable. When oil impurities block the holes of the filter element, the filter must be replaced as a whole. Under the shell there is a spring to support the filter element, the oil enters from around the shell, filtered through the filter element and flows out from the center. The end face of the housing is provided with a rubber sealing ring, the middle is provided with a screw hole, the oil filter is in contact with the seat as a whole, and the seat is provided with a bypass valve to prevent the filter element from being blocked to terminate the diesel engine lubrication. When the pressure acting on the bypass valve exceeds 0.098MPa, the bypass valve opens, and the oil enters the oil passage directly without the filter element to ensure the smooth transmission of the oil.

1. Use special maintenance tools when removing the filter to prevent damage to the threaded filter connected to the accessory box without disassembly according to the prescribed procedure. After removal, carefully clean the filter seat, heat exchanger and filter, paying special attention to cleaning the heat exchanger oil passage, and replace the sealing ring in contact with its base each time the filter is removed and installed.

2. Inject compressed air with a pressure of 0.1MPa into the heat exchanger to observe whether there is leakage in the oil passage and water channel. Replace if available.

3. Before assembling the filter, check and clean the mounting surface of the filter. When assembling, first apply a layer of oil on the seal ring, and screw the filter to the mounting surface of the accessory box filter by hand until it contacts the seal ring, and then tighten it with a special tool to a torque of 55N.m.

4. After completing the assembly of the filter, first check the amount of oil in the diesel engine, if insufficient, it should be supplemented according to the specified standard; Then start the diesel engine to see if there is oil leakage.
