Use and maintenance of swirl air filter
The swirling air filter is composed of a swirling coarse filter, a paper main fine filter element and a safety filter element.
1. Filter coarse filter element: After every 100-200h of work, remove the coarse filter part of the filter, and blow the dust in the swirl tube and attached to the shell with compressed air. If an individual swirl tube blade is damaged and the swirl effect is lost, the tube can be temporarily used for a period of time after plugging.
2. Filter main fine, safety filter element: diesel engine every 100-200h, remove the filter paper filter element, gently knock its end face, through vibration to make the dust attached to the surface of the filter element off; Or use a soft brush to brush back and forth at the crease of each filter element; The compressed air can also be blown outward from the center of the filter to achieve the purpose of removing dust on the filter. Every 300-400h, use the above method to maintain the filter paper filter element for safety filter element maintenance. When disassembling and maintaining the filter element, the filter element should be prevented from breaking. When the filter paper is broken or perforated, the filter element should be replaced in time. When installing the filter element and the safety filter element, the two ends must be reliably sealed without air leakage. The filter element is strictly prohibited to be cleaned with any oil or water.
3. Ejector tube: Ensure that the ejector rubber tube is sealed reliably at the junction with the dust collecting chamber of the coarse filter and the exhaust tailpipe. After every 500-1000h of work, pay attention to observe whether the bend of the tail pipe of the injection tube and the throat are damaged. Once found, the tail pipe should be repaired or replaced immediately, otherwise the filtration effect of the air filter will be seriously affected.
4. The air filter outlet, the connection pipe between the intake manifold, the exhaust liner and the muffler are sealed reliably. When disassembling the air filter, pay attention to whether the seal gasket between the cover and the filter element is intact, replace it in time, and tighten the clamp bolt of the air filter. Tighten the butterfly nut at the top of the air filter to ensure that the intake air is not short circuit and the filter is securely fixed on the intake pipe.
