5^th of May in the Chinese lunar calendar, commonly known as "dragon boat festival". This day, the necessary activities gradually evolved into: eating zongzi, dragon boat racing, hanging calamus, mugwort, Atractylodes rhizome, angelica, and drinking realgar wine. To eat zongzi and dragon boat racing is to commemorate Qu Yuan, so the liberation of the Dragon Boat Festival has been named as "poet's Day", in order to commemorate Qu Yuan. As for hanging calamus, Wormwood Leaves, Atractylodes japonica, angelica, and drink realgar wine, it is said to be to suppress evil.
